This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which payments may be refunded or adjusted.


1. General Policy

All payments made to K.V. Infotech for broadband or related services are non-refundable, except in the following cases:

  • The payment was made by mistake or processed twice.
  • The service could not be activated due to technical issues at our end.

Once a broadband connection is activated and the service begins, no refund will be issued for the ongoing billing cycle or subscription period.


2. Installation & Setup Charges

Installation, activation, and equipment setup (router / ONT / cable) charges are non-refundable, since these costs are incurred during provisioning.
However, if K.V. Infotech fails to install the service due to network unavailability, the installation amount will be refunded in full.


3. Prepaid Plans

All K.V. Infotech plans operate on a prepaid basis.
Once a plan is activated and bandwidth is allocated:

  • The payment cannot be refunded or transferred.
  • Users may upgrade or renew at any time, but unused balance or remaining days are not refundable.

4. Service Cancellation

If you wish to discontinue your broadband service, please:

  1. Inform our support team at least 7 days before the renewal or billing date.
  2. Return any equipment provided by K.V. Infotech (router / ONT / fiber device) in good working condition.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed only after deductions for:

  • Installation or activation costs
  • Router / device charges (if not returned)
  • Usage for the active period

5. Duplicate or Failed Transactions

In case of duplicate payments or failed online transactions:

  • Notify us at kvinfotech45@gmail.com or via WhatsApp within 7 working days.
  • After verification, duplicate payments will be refunded or adjusted in your next billing cycle within 7 – 10 business days.

6. Refund Process

All approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used (bank transfer, UPI, or online gateway).
Processing time may vary based on your bank or payment service provider.


7. No-Refund Conditions

Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:

  • Service interruptions caused by power failure, customer-side router issues, or local cable problems
  • Speed fluctuation due to high usage, peak hours, or maintenance work
  • Customer relocation to a non-serviceable area
  • Misuse of the service or violation of K.V. Infotech’s Terms and Conditions
