Running unauthorized servers, Wi-Fi hotspots, or public access points

Spam & Unsolicited Communication

Sending spam, bulk, or promotional messages via email, SMS, or messaging platforms
Performing activities that trigger spam complaints or result in IP blacklisting

OTT / Streaming Service Misuse

Sharing OTT platform credentials with non-subscribers
Recording, rebroadcasting, or redistributing OTT content without proper authorization
Using VPNs or proxies to bypass regional or content restrictions in violation of OTT terms

3. Fair Usage Policy (FUP)

To maintain a stable and fair experience for all customers, K.V. Infotech applies Fair Usage Policy (FUP) limits on specific broadband plans.

Excessive or continuous high data usage that negatively affects network performance may lead to:

Temporary reduction in internet speed
Bandwidth reallocation
Account suspension or disconnection in severe misuse cases

4. Network Security

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their own devices and Wi-Fi networks.
K.V. Infotech will not be liable for:

Unauthorized access due to weak passwords or insecure home routers
Data loss or hacking incidents originating from customer devices

We reserve the right to block or restrict access to specific IP addresses, ports, or domains if they threaten network stability or security.

5. Monitoring and Enforcement

K.V. Infotech reserves the right to:

Monitor network usage to ensure security, performance, and compliance with this policy
Investigate suspected misuse or abuse of services
Suspend or terminate accounts engaged in illegal or prohibited activities
Report unlawful conduct to relevant government or law enforcement authorities when required by law
