Before installation, our technical team will verify network feasibility and signal availability at your location.

b) Installation Process

Installation is typically completed within 24–72 working hours after payment confirmation, depending on network feasibility and service area.
A standard installation includes fiber connection setup, router configuration, and basic connectivity testing.
Customers must provide safe and authorized access to the premises during installation.
Our technicians will ensure the most optimal cable route for stable performance and signal quality.

c) Installation Charges

Standard installation and activation charges apply as per the selected broadband plan.
Promotional offers (e.g., Free Installation or Free Router) are valid only under specified plans and must be availed within the offer period.
Any extra materials, such as additional fiber length, casing, or custom cabling beyond the standard package, may incur extra charges. These will be communicated clearly before installation.

d) Equipment & Router Policy

Routers or ONTs provided by K.V. Infotech remain the company’s property unless specifically mentioned otherwise.
Customers must handle all provided devices responsibly and ensure their safe usage.
In case of service cancellation, all issued equipment must be returned in good working condition.
Loss, damage, or non-return of company-owned equipment will result in applicable replacement charges.

e) Relocation & Re-installation

Customers relocating within K.V. Infotech’s serviceable area may request service relocation.
Relocation charges may apply depending on distance, material usage, and feasibility.
Re-installation timelines may vary depending on area coverage and network availability at the new address.

f) Cancellation Prior to Installation

If a customer cancels installation before completion:

Any applicable refund will be issued after deducting feasibility, administrative, or material costs (if incurred during the setup process).

a) Service Commitment

K.V. Infotech aims to deliver consistent, high-speed, and reliable broadband connectivity.
However, uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed in cases beyond our control, such as:

Power outages or electrical fluctuations
Fiber cuts or third-party infrastructure damage
Adverse weather or natural disasters
Network congestion or dependency on external service providers

b) Speed & Performance

Internet speeds may vary based on factors including:

Network traffic, device configuration, or Wi-Fi signal strength
Distance from router, number of connected devices, or physical obstructions
Server location and OTT platform load

Advertised plan speeds represent maximum achievable speeds under ideal conditions.

c) Third-Party Services & OTT Content

OTT platforms (e.g., Disney+ Hotstar, SonyLIV, Zee5, Discovery+, etc.) are managed by their respective providers.
K.V. Infotech is not responsible for OTT app content, login issues, or temporary access interruptions.
All OTT logos, names, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
OTT access provided as part of a bundled plan is subject to change based on provider policies or licensing agreements.

d) External Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or payment gateways for your convenience.
